Biciuliai Settlement - new settlement for active people In the historic area of Trakai, just 15 minutes by car from the Center of Vilnius, new residential settlement is being developed. It is named "Biciuliu gyvenviete" according to the concept of the settlement - beautiful place near the forest Rackunai for active people who love sports, various outdoor activities and healthy lifestyle. The settlement is a close distance from Vilnius Center and has an easy access to the main roads that go to Druskininkai, Kaunas, Klaipeda. The project is being developed in two stages keeping the same vision and style. During the first stage 20 semidetached houses of three types/projects were built. All of them are sold and people are already living in their homes. The second stage of the development is in a full swing.
